1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
This privacy policy and cookies describe the rules for handling personal data and the use of cookies on the informatycznaobsluga.pl website (hereinafter referred to as the Site).

Every entity using the Site is its User.
The User's personal data is processed by the Administrator in accordance with applicable law, in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as GDPR).
2. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The User may provide their personal data using the Form available on the Site, i.e., the contact form for inquiries about products or services.
Personal data is processed based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for the purpose of performing services or selling goods, as well as handling complaints. The data is processed for the period necessary to perform, terminate, or expire the contract and no longer than until the end of the limitation period for claims, and in the case of proceedings, for the duration of the proceedings, or longer if justified by the content of the judgment.
Personal data provided on the Form is also processed based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (compliance with a legal obligation) for tax bookkeeping purposes (issuing invoices, tax payments). The data is processed for the period necessary to fulfill legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator, arising, among others, from tax law.
Personal data provided on the Form is also processed based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) for the purpose of establishing, pursuing, or defending claims that the Administrator or claims that may be made against the Administrator (e.g., debt collection), as well as for statistical purposes. The data is processed for the period of existence of a legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator.
Personal data provided on the Form is processed based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (User's consent) to contact the User regarding the matter described by the User in the form (e.g., service inquiry, complaint). The data may be processed until the resolution and completion of the matter or until the User withdraws consent.
Depending on the content provided in the Form, the data may also be processed for a longer period than the end of contact for archiving purposes (indicating the course of correspondence in the future, e.g., in the case of User claims), constituting a legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing data is always voluntary but necessary to take action by the User, for which a particular form is intended.
Personal data is collected with due care and adequately protected against unauthorized access by unauthorized persons.
3. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
The User has the following rights:
- the right to request access to their data, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing,
- the right to object to processing,
- the right to data portability,
- the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for a specific purpose, if the User has previously expressed such consent,
- the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in connection with the processing of personal data by the Administrator.

4. DATA RECIPIENTS
For the proper functioning of the Company, including the execution of concluded Sales Agreements, it is necessary for the Administrator to use the services of external entities (such as software providers, courier, or payment service providers). The Administrator uses the services of such data processors who provide sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to meet the requirements of the GDPR and protect the rights of data subjects.
Data transmission by the Administrator does not occur in every case and not to all recipients or categories of recipients specified in the privacy policy. The Administrator transfers data only when it is necessary to achieve a specific purpose of processing personal data and only to the extent necessary to achieve it.
Personal data of Users may be transferred to the following recipients or categories of recipients:
- couriers / forwarders / carriers - in the case of a Customer who chooses the delivery method of documents / goods by mail or courier, the Administrator provides the collected personal data of the Customer for the purpose of delivering to the Customer.
- entities handling electronic payments or credit card payments.
- providers of IT, technical, and organizational solutions supplying the Administrator with the means to conduct the company's activities, including the website and electronic services provided through it (especially providers of computer software for website management, email and hosting providers, and software providers for company management and technical support for the Administrator).

The protection of personal data by INFORMATYCZNA OBSLUGA MICHAL BARANSKI is carried out using necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent their loss, destruction, damage, and unauthorized processing.
In the context of implementing our privacy policy, we ensure the correct and lawful processing of personal data, obtained only for specified purposes and not processed further in a manner incompatible with those purposes, safe storage for no longer than necessary, and processing in accordance with the rights of individuals concerned, including the right to object to sharing.

Cookies are small text information in the form of text files, sent by the server and stored on the side of the person visiting the Website (e.g., on the hard drive of a computer, laptop, or on the memory card of a smartphone - depending on the device used by the visitor to our Website).

Administrator informs the User that it is possible to configure the web browser in a way that prevents the storage of cookies on the User's end device. In such a situation, the use of the Website by the User may be difficult.
The Administrator points out that cookies can be deleted by the User after being saved by the Administrator, using the appropriate functions of the web browser, programs designed for this purpose, or by using the tools available within the User's operating system.
7. OTHER TECHNOLOGIES
The Administrator uses Google Analytics, Universal Analytics services provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) on the Website to analyze traffic on the Website and optimize it based on a legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). Google Analytics automatically collects information about the User's use of the Website. This data is stored on servers in the United States. Google LLC has a EU-US Privacy Shield certification, ensuring an adequate level of data protection. The User can block Google Analytics from sharing information about their activity on the website. The Administrator uses Google AdWords marketing tools provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) on the Website to promote the Website in search results, on third-party websites, and for remarketing purposes based on a legitimate interest. When visiting the Website, Google AdWords automatically stores a remarketing cookie file on the User's device, allowing the display of ads based on the User's interests. Further data processing occurs only when the User has given consent to Google for combining browsing history and app usage with the User's Google account and for using information from the Google account to personalize ads displayed on websites. If the User is logged into their Google account while viewing the Website, Google will use the User's data along with Google Analytics data to create and define target groups for remarketing across different devices. The Administrator may use the Facebook Pixel service provided by Facebook Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland) on the Website. With the Facebook Pixel tool, the Administrator can measure the effectiveness of its ads and tailor ads to specific Users. The legal basis for these actions is the legitimate interest of the Administrator. The Facebook Pixel automatically collects information about the User's use of the Website, and then transfers this data to its servers in the EU or the United States, where it is stored. Based on the collected information, the Administrator cannot identify a specific User of the Website. The collected data only allows for determining the actions the User has taken on the Website.
